**Job Purpose and Summary**

RHI Magnesita is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Project Coordinator in Boucherville, CA. This role will assist the Project Manager with a wide variety of tasks. This will range from administrative paper/computer/phone work to coordination of all Refractory Service Installations.

**Essential Job Requirements**
- Prepare site documentation.
- Coordinate refractory installation projects by properly communicating all required information to all appropriate people/organizations.
- Fulfill manpower requirements for refractory installation projects.
- Create all work schedules and any travel arrangements/lodging/car rentals needed.
- Ensure accuracy for all workers' time and expense sheets and approve them.
- Maintaining and inputting data in an accurate and timely manner.
- Attending job site kickoff meetings when needed.
- Maintain attendance/ rotation of unionized workers/ team assessments/ certifications/ knowledge records and referrals.
- Review accounting records and prepare financial reports.
- Database management.

**Education and/or Experience**
- Fluent in spoken and written French and English.
- 3-5 years experience in Industrial Construction industry sector, dealing with multiple trades.
- 1-3 years experience in Office Administration to include accounting responsibilities.
- 1-3 years experience working with collective agreements with a working knowledge of Union contracts.

**Knowledge, Skills, and General Abilities**
- Can develop and maintain cost finding, reporting and internal control procedures.
- Ability to plan, set up, and administer accounting systems and prepare financial information for individuals, departments within organizations, businesses and other establishments.
- Develop and maintain cost finding, reporting and internal control procedures.
- Ability to understand and work with various collective agreements from all of the Eastern part of Canada (including the CCQ).
- Analyze financial statements and reports
- Impeccable attention to detail and organization skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Safety mindset.
- Ability to understand and work with various collective agreements in the Industrial Construction sector for all of the Eastern part of Canada (including the CCQ) so to guide the project managers
- Microsoft Office suite including MS SharePoint and Project essential.
- SAP, Dynamics 365, Kronos, and Nexus experience preferred.
