RHI Magnesita est à la recherche d'un coordonnateur de projet expérimenté et soucieux du détail à Boucherville, en Californie. Ce rôle aidera le gestionnaire de projet à accomplir une grande variété de tâches. Cela va du travail administratif papier / ordinateur / téléphone à la coordination de toutes les installations de services réfractaires.

Exigences essentielles de l'emploi
- Préparer la documentation du site.
- Coordonner les projets d'installation réfractaires en communiquant correctement toutes les informations requises à toutes les personnes / organisations appropriées.
- Répondre aux besoins en main-d'oeuvre pour les projets d'installation réfractaire.
- Créez tous les horaires de travail et tous les préparatifs de voyage / hébergement / location de voiture nécessaires.
- Assurez-vous de l'exactitude de toutes les feuilles de temps et de dépenses des travailleurs et approuvez-les.
- Tenir à jour et saisir les données de manière exacte et en temps opportun.
- Assister aux réunions de lancement du chantier en cas de besoin.
- Maintenir l'assiduité/ la rotation des travailleurs syndiqués / les évaluations d'équipe / les certifications / les dossiers de connaissances et les références.
- Examiner les registres comptables et établir des rapports financiers.
- Gestion de base de données.

Études et/ou expérience
- Parle couramment le français et l'anglais parlés et écrits.
- 3-5 ans d'expérience dans le secteur de l'industrie de la construction industrielle, traitant de plusieurs métiers.
- 1-3 ans d'expérience dans l'administration de bureau pour inclure des responsabilités comptables.
- 1-3 ans d'expérience de travail avec des conventions collectives avec une connaissance pratique des conventions collectives.

Connaissances, compétences et capacités générales
- Peut élaborer et maintenir des procédures de recherche des coûts, de production de rapports et de contrôle interne.
- Capacité de planifier, de mettre en place et d'administrer des systèmes comptables et de préparer des informations financières pour les individus, les départements au sein des organisations, les entreprises et d'autres établissements.
- Élaborer et tenir à jour des procédures de recherche des coûts, d'établissement de rapports et de contrôle interne.
- Capacité de comprendre et de travailler avec diverses conventions collectives de toute la partie est du Canada (y compris la CCQ).
- Analyser les états financiers et les rapports
- Une attention impeccable aux détails et des compétences organisationnelles.
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale.
- État d'esprit en matière de sécurité.
- Capacité de comprendre et de travailler avec diverses conventions collectives dans le secteur de la construction industrielle pour l'ensemble de l'Est du Canada (y compris la CCQ) afin de guider les gestionnaires de projet
- Suite Microsoft Office, y compris MS SharePoint et Project essentiel.
- Expérience SAP, Dynamics 365, Kronos et Nexus préférée.
