Job Title: Administrative Data Entry Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team at Safeway Travel Services.

About the Role:

  • This is a permanent full-time position with 32-40 hours of work per week.
  • The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in data entry, with a strong understanding of data formats and software transfer.
  • Responsibilities include receiving and registering documents, entering data accurately, transferring data between software, verifying accuracy, storing and maintaining databases, performing backup procedures, and general office duties.
  • Additional responsibilities include classifying, labeling, and storing diskettes/disks and tapes of data, creating digital records using a scanner, and planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), and have a strong attention to detail.

About You:

  • You have at least 1 year of experience in data entry.
  • You have a strong understanding of data formats and software transfer.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • You have excellent communication skills.
  • You are able to work independently and as part of a team.
