Sales/marketing Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Associate to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in driving sales, increasing foot traffic to our physical store, and boosting online sales through effective marketing strategies.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Sales and Customer Engagement:

- Utilize excellent sales skills to engage customers, understand their needs, and convert inquiries into sales.
- Provide a personalized shopping experience to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

2. Marketing:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase both online and in-store traffic.
- Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, SMS BUMP, and other marketing apps to optimize online presence.
- Implement creative and innovative marketing campaigns to attract a wider audience.

3. Online Presence:

- Manage and update product listings on Shopify.
- Monitor and analyze online sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

4. Visual Merchandising:

- Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Implement visual merchandising standards to showcase products effectively.

Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

2. Familiarity with Shopify and other marketing apps such as Klaviyo and SMS BUMP.

3. Creative mindset with the ability to contribute innovative ideas to marketing strategies.

4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Attention to detail with a focus on maintaining visual merchandising standards.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Schedule:
Part-time hours with flexibility based on business needs.
