**Overview**:

We want customer service oriented people who can assist in day-to-day operations including answering phones, booking appointments, greeting clients, and data entry. You will be part of a team assisting clients with buying and selling property, estate planning and basic notarizations.

We are looking for energetic, highly motivated staff to join our growing team at Simpson Notaries.

**What you’ll Do**

As an Administrative Assistant you will be at the front desk assisting Notaries and communicating directly with clients and industry partners.

You will:

- Greet clients
- Answer phones and book appointments
- Open files
- Assemble document packages
- Receipt of payment and general deposits
- Accounts Receivable

**We’re Looking For People Who Can**
- Communicate effectively and professionally with staff, clients, legal professionals, and real estate professionals
- Work proficiently with technology such as Microsoft Office
- Work effectively and efficiently towards deadlines
- Remain organized in a fast-paced environment
- Search and gather information
- Previous experience with Sage Accounting is an asset

**Your Experience and Education Background**
- Experience in working as a receptionist in real estate, insurance, legal, and finance environments is considered an asset
- Experience in customer service
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience handling a high-volume workload
- Experience working with tight timelines
- Completion of high school education

We pay a competitive hourly rate based on your education and experience.
