**Summary**:
Under the supervision of the Senior Communications Manager, the Communications Coordinator participates in various projects for internal communications initiatives, regional sponsorships and partnerships.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordination of partnership events and regional sponsorships (Chambers of Commerce and festivals)
- Variety of editorial support: internal communications (intranet and notes) and external communications (speeches and social networks);
- Coordination of on-site activations related to regional partnerships and sponsorships;
- Communication tracking and coordination (coordination with stakeholders from each unit, content development for internal communication tools, social networks)
- Coordination with multiple vendors (event professionals, graphic designers, translators, promotional object vendors, etc.);
- Document review and revision
- Project tracking with the Monday platform
- Various administrative tasks

**Required Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communication or other relevant training
- 2 years experience in a similar role
- Excellent French writing in corporate and promotional communications;
- Excellent grammar
- Knowledge of social media management (especially LinkedIn, an asset)
- Bilingualism (English and French)
- As part of the job, this person will be required to produce documents in French & English
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and communicate well
- Creativity, autonomy and team spirit
- Attention to detail and judgment;
- Organized and prioritized

**Working conditions**:
Work schedule: Monday to Friday 37.5hrs
