**La Renaissance is the leading provider of spa and beauty services in the Sudbury market, serving our clients from two locations for 20 years.**

**We have an immediate opening for a skilled and reliable Client Service / Front Desk Coordinator. We are open to both full-time and part-time.**

**Duties will include**:

- Answer and direct all the incoming phone calls in a prompt, professional and courteous manner.
- Be able to accurately book, confirm, reschedule and move appointments to clients’ needs using the Spa software.
- Be able to describe in detail our services and to answer any questions to our guest satisfaction.
- Process all financial transactions - cash, credit, debit and gift cards.
- Assist clients with retail sales & professional product purchases.
- Liaise with the spa staff to ensure all services with customers have been provided
- Oversee office and spa supplies inventory.
- Maintain front reception area, including cleaning.
- Other administrative tasks as assigned.

**Required skills and abilities**:

- High school diploma or equivalent..
- Experience and/or training in customer service.
- Professional phone manner.
- Excellent Multitasking and Organizational Skills.
- Friendly, outgoing and confident personality.
- Must be able to take verbal instructions and work with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Able to work some evenings (until 7pm) and Saturdays. Business is open Tuesday to Saturday and closed on Sundays and Mondays
- Experience within the spa / beauty / salon/ or retail industries
