Are you ready to lead the innovative development and delivery of online education at the University of Regina, overseeing course design, team management, and strategic partnerships to enhance flexible learning opportunities? Join us as our new **Head, Flexible Learning Division**

The Flexible Learning Division is responsible for coordinating and administering the development and delivery of University of Regina online and flexible credit courses, offered in partnership with the Centre for Continuing Education.

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Program Development-** Oversee bi-annual online course development proposals, collaborating with the Distance and Distributed Learning Committee to prioritize submissions, manage agreements and project tasks, and ensure alignment with delivery cycles, course design, and necessary infrastructure support.
- **Program Delivery
- **Manage course delivery tasks with accurate tracking and statistical analysis for decision-making, while overseeing marketing plans and materials for the Flexible Learning portfolio in collaboration with CCE’s marketing team.
- **Human Resources Management-** Oversee the development and delivery teams, including hiring and evaluating staff, anticipating staffing needs, managing infrastructure and support systems, and administering funding and agreements for web-based course development.
- **Strategic partnerships-** Collaborate with the CCE Management Team, academic departments, and external partners, including Regional Colleges and High Schools, to engage in strategic decision-making and fee-for-service projects.

Position Requirements

**What You’ll Bring to this Position**:

- Master’s Degree in Education (preferred).
- 5-7 years of administrative and supervisory experience in a university setting.
- A combination of education and experience may be considered.

Physical Demands Pay Grade APT 8 Salary Range 86,536 - 116,784 Annually Status Permanent Work Hours
