In this pivotal role, you function as the chief recruiter, identifying and attracting emerging talents to propel the expansion of our team. Your mission is to seek out and cultivate individuals who align with our values, ensuring a positive and win-win approach to recruitment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Spearhead the recruitment of agents.
- Collaborate with our team to streamline the recruitment process and optimize our talent acquisition strategies.
- Maintain a high-level, strategic plan for talent acquisition.

**Key Competencies**:

- Proven expertise in strategic talent acquisition and business development is an asset.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey our value proposition to potential recruits.
- Self-motivated and capable of independently managing the recruitment process.
- Open to accountability and committed to achieving excellence in talent acquisition.

**Compensation**:

- Performance-based commission.
- Performance-based bonuses and incentives.
- Profit sharing

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of real estate industry experience is an asset.
- 2+ years of recruiting or sales experience.
- Possession of a driver's license and a vehicle.
