**Equipment Maintenance Coordinator**

To continue our growth and success, the company requires the services of an **Equipment Maintenance Coordinator **to work out of our Sydney location.

**Responsibilities**
- Proactive in diagnosing equipment operational issues to determine routine and immediate repairs required for equipment and trucks.
- Performing required repairs within their skillset or arrange for repairs to be made through outside vendors.
- Responsibility for preventative maintenance for equipment and trucks.
- Directing and supervising operators to ensure equipment is properly operated and maintained.
- Maintaining a clean and tidy workspace.

**Qualifications**
- Team player focused on efficiencies and the urgency around a customer-driven supply-based company.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Minimum class 5 driver’s license.
- Experience with equipment, Class 3 trucks, hydraulics and working in a maintenance shop environment will be an asset.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently.
- Welding experience will be an asset.
- Strength in troubleshooting/diagnostics will be an asset.

Year-round position with full time hours. Competitive wage and benefits provided.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sydney, NS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Equipment maintenance and repairir: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Class 5 driver's license? (required)
