**Your Role & Main Responsibilities**
By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to help us to shape and implement best-in-class digital products. As a Product Owner, you will collaborate with cross-functional digital engineering teams that thrive on enhancing our customer experience with high-quality features and timely delivery. Are you ready to:
- Be the owner of the delivery of product and features
- Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product
- Define and own the Release Plan
- Assess value, develop cases, write and prioritize user stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
- Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
- Be the lead influencer in your product
- Work closely with the Scrum Master to ensure the delivery team delivers the features in the Release Plan on time and budget
- Provide clarity on the vision, use cases and direction of the Product to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements
- Work closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI
- Lead the Release Plan and Product Increment planning, set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities
- Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
- Be a change agent & Agile mindset promoter
- Contribute to a collaborative and stimulating work environment
- Be connected to the industry to know tendencies and suggest innovative ideas
- Follow our technology competitors in the technology industry
**Your Qualifications**
- Previous working experience as a Product Owner for 5 years
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar relevant field
- In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Creative thinker with a vision
- Attention to details
