**Position Summary**:
This Lead AG/LG Inside Sales & Key Accounts position based at the Saskatoon branch reports directly to the Customer Experience Manager. The AG/LG is the forefront of our business as a key contact for elite AG/LG customers and support system for the AG/LG Inside Sales, Outside Sales & Sales Management. The individual will bring a passion for customer service with a mindset geared towards both top and bottom-line growth.
All key accounts will be supported by a Territory Sales Manager however the LAG/LG will have a high frequency of contact with Key Accounts and will drive account growth through exceptional customer service both directly and indirectly. This position is also the primary contact for the Western Canadian AG/LG Sales Manager and will provide required direct support. In person, direct support to local AG/LG customer base may be also required.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Customer Service: Provide a high level of support at Vicwest expertise to AG/LG Inside Sales Peers and to customers directly through professional and expeditious communication. Understanding and delivering on customer needs.
- Sales Growth: Driving sales/orders by educating and upselling customers and coaching peers on the breadth of Vicwest products and services. Provide consistent and proactive measures to follow-up and see sales and service opportunities through to completion.
- Support to Outside Sales: Working closely with the Sales Manger and Territory Managers by providing accurate and up-to-date information about key accounts in a timely manner. Regional travel may be necessary.
- Business Analytics: Contributes to the key account business analysis through timely follow ups and data entry of market intelligence to internal tracking systems.
- Liaison: Executes all critical tasks, reporting and initiatives required by CEM. Support AG/LG Inside Sales Team by example in a professional, courteous and leadership demeaner and cross checking work from others in the Inside Sales team if required.
- Developing trust relationships with key accounts by providing efficient and pro-active inside sales support.
- Investigates, resolves, and responds to customer complaints and ensures a timely resolution.
- Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
- Consistent and frequent check-ins to key accounts and peers by communicating professionally and expeditiously.
- Convert infrequent customers to elite/frequent customers through increased sales penetration.
- Entering booking orders in SAP and coordinating quotes and orders through data entry.
- Coordinate orders through internal departments.
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal departments.
- Backlog management is a key aspect of this role. Maintain all booking order dates through continuous communication with clients. Schedule interruptions are communicated efficiently.
- Negotiate project/order pricing when applicable.
- Assist Territory Managers by following up on quotes, looking for opportunities to upsell and qualifying existing customers for additional product lines.

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field an asset
- 3-5 years of experience in inside sales and providing solutions based on customer needs.
- 3-5 years of experience in customer service, experience in building materials or construction would be considered an asset
- Proven experience in key account or project management an asset.
- Proficient is MS Office and SAP
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and tactically
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Curious, solutions-based mindset
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong business acumen
