We are currently looking for a full time RECEPTIONIST/SERVICE SCHEDULER for our London Office location
You will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
- Handling customer calls in a fast, efficient and professional manner
- Customer service, scheduling service calls for residential and commerical customers
- Scheduling of Technicians
- Daily invoicing, balancing and payment processing
- Promoting and selling My Fireplace/COAD services and products
- Maintaining the company business standards as related to your position at all times
- Consistent achievement of company and personal goals in key performance areas
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Energy and a consistently positive attitude
- Demonstrated problem solving abilities
- Exceptional computer skills
- Experience using a scheduling software is an asset but not required
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced environment
