Le poste de barman est une occasion parfaite pour les individus désireux de faire partie de notre nouvelle équipe et qui sont impatients d'apprendre et de progresser dans l'industrie de l'hospitalité. Chez Mikado Laurier, nous nous engageons à accompagner nos employés, en leur fournissant les compétences nécessaires pour réussir dans notre nouvelle vision passionnante, telles que travailler avec des mixologistes et sommeliers maison pour le vin et le saké.

RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES
- Exécuter et gérer le service au bar
- Gérer les clients du bar tout en préparant des boissons pour la salle à manger (équipe de soutien disponible)
- Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches en même temps
- Garantir une expérience client positive
- S'assurer que les tâches d'ouverture et de fermeture sont accomplies et bien faites
- Maintenir la propreté tout au long du service
- Garantir un niveau élevé d'hospitalité à travers le service
- Assurer des normes élevées de service
- Aider dans les tâches à l'échelle du restaurant et aider l'équipe lorsque nécessaire (fort esprit d'équipe)
- Respecter les mesures sanitaires tout en maintenant un espace de travail propre et organisé

QUALIFICATIONS
- 1 an d'expérience en tant que barman (OBLIGATOIRE)
- 1 an d'expérience en service
- Connaissance approfondie des cocktails classiques
- Connaissance intermédiaire en création de cocktails (des cours internes sont disponibles)
- Capacité à rester calme sous pression tout en travaillant dans un environnement rapide
- Capacité à rester debout pendant de longues périodes et capacité à soulever 40 livres ou plus
- Capacité à démontrer l'hospitalité et l'esprit d'équipe
- Être en mesure de recevoir des commentaires afin de s’améliorer
- Désirer apprendre et se développer dans l’industrie de la restauration

The bartender position is a perfect opportunity for individuals looking to be part of our new team and who are eager to learn and grow within the hospitality industry. At Mikado Laurier, we are committed to nurturing our employees, providing them with the necessary skills for success in our exciting new vision, such as working with house mixologists and sommeliers in wine and sake.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute and manage bar service
- Manage bar guests while managing drinks for the dining room (support team available)
- Ability to multitask
- Ensure positive guest experience
- Ensure opening and closing duties are accomplished and well done
- Maintain cleanliness throughout service
- Ensure strong level of hospitality through service
- Ensure high standards of service
- Assist in tasks restaurant-wide and help team when needed (strong team spirit)
- Adhere to sanitation measures while maintaining a clean and organized work space

QUALIFICATIONS
- 1 year of bar experience (OBLIGATORY)
- 1 year of service experience
- In-depth knowledge of classic cocktails
- Intermediate knowledge in cocktail creation (in house classes available)
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and ability to lift 40 pounds or moreAbility to receive feedback
- Ability to ensure hospitality and teamsmanship
- Eager to learn and grow within restaurant industry
