Nous recherchons un barman professionnel, plein d'énergie et doté d'excellentes capacités de communication pour servir des cocktails classiques et de nouvelles boissons excitantes à nos clients. Le barman accueillera les clients, s'informera de leurs préférences, répondra à leurs questions, leur recommandera des plats, et préparera et servira les boissons et les plats. Il doit également vendre des produits, créer des recettes, utiliser l'équipement et les ingrédients appropriés et s'acquitter des tâches de nettoyage de base.

Pour réussir en tant que barman, tu dois avoir une apparence soignée et une personnalité engageante et amicale. Vous devez être efficace, observateur, bien informé et avenant.

**Responsabilités du barman**:

- Accueillir les clients, lire et écouter les gens pour déterminer leurs préférences en matière de boissons, faire des recommandations et prendre les commandes de boissons.
- Planifier les menus des boissons et informer les clients sur les nouvelles boissons et les offres spéciales.
- Sélectionner et mélanger les ingrédients, garnir les verres et servir les boissons aux clients.
- Vérifier l'identité des clients pour s'assurer qu'ils ont l'âge légal pour acheter de l'alcool.
- Faire l'inventaire et commander des fournitures pour s'assurer que le bar et les tables sont bien approvisionnés.
- Respecter toutes les règles de sécurité alimentaire et de qualité.
- Traiter les transactions en espèces, par carte de crédit et de débit, s'assurer que les frais sont exacts et rendre la monnaie aux clients, équilibrer la caisse enregistreuse.
- Maintenir un espace de travail et de restauration propre en enlevant les ordures, en nettoyant les tables et en lavant les verres, les ustensiles et les équipements.
- Développer de nouvelles recettes de cocktails.

**Exigences pour le poste de barman**:

- Diplôme d'études secondaires.
- Des études, une formation, des certificats ou une expérience supplémentaires peuvent être exigés.
- Avoir l'âge minimum requis pour servir de l'alcool.
- Disponibilité pour travailler la nuit, les week-ends et les jours fériés.
- Personnalité positive et engageante, et apparence professionnelle.
- Compétences de base en mathématiques et en informatique.
- Compétences exceptionnelles en matière de relations interpersonnelles et de communication.
- Solides capacités de gestion des tâches et du temps.
- Sens du détail et compréhension des outils et des techniques de préparation des boissons.

To succeed as a bartender, you should have a neat appearance and an engaging, friendly personality. You should be efficient, observant, knowledgeable, and personable.

**Bartender Responsibilities**:

- Welcoming customers, reading and listening to people to determine beverage preferences, making recommendations, and taking drink orders.
- Planning drink menus and informing customers about new beverages and specials.
- Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving beverages to customers.
- Checking identification to ensure customers are the legal age to purchase alcohol.
- Taking inventory and ordering supplies to ensure bar and tables are well-stocked.
- Adhering to all food safety and quality regulations.
- Handling cash, credit, and debit card transactions, ensuring charges are accurate and returning correct change to patrons, balancing the cash register.
- Maintaining a clean work and dining area by removing trash, cleaning tables, and washing glasses, utensils, and equipment.
- Developing new cocktail recipes.

**Bartender Requirements**:

- High school diploma.
- Additional education, training, certificates, or experience may be required.
- Meets minimum age to serve alcohol.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Positive, engaging personality, and professional appearance.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong task and time management abilities.
- Eye for detail and understanding of drink mixing tools and techniques.
