Montréal, Canada Local Bartending School (LBS) Full time

**LBS** est une école de bartending qui propose des certifications aux États-Unis, en ligne et en personne. Cette organisation a été créée pour aider à enseigner les principes du bartending à des personnes de tous niveaux. Nous sommes passionnés par notre désir d'enseigner des leçons personnalisées et privées à des personnes de tous âges et de toutes capacités à travers les États-Unis.

Nous sommes à la recherche de Bartenders Expérimentés et Motivés à **Montréal, QC** et dans les villes avoisinantes, qui s'efforcent toujours de perfectionner les recettes de cocktails et de créer des expériences client engageantes, tout en ayant la volonté d'apprendre continuellement, de s'améliorer et d'être des joueurs d'équipe capables de partager leurs talents avec le groupe et l'entreprise. Ces Chefs de l'Alcool formeront et encadreront les étudiants et les bartenders en herbe. Cela impliquera de les éduquer sur la bonne manière de mélanger et de verser les boissons, sur les bonnes manières au bar, sur la création de relations avec les clients et sur les bases de la gestion d'un bar.

Qualifications pour être Instructeur de Bartending:

- Bartender EXPÉRIMENTÉ (minimum 3 ans)
- AYANT ACCÈS à un BAR LOCAL et POUVANT Y ENSEIGNER
- TITULAIRE d'une licence pour servir de l'alcool
- Doit être DISPONIBLE pour enseigner chez les clients
- DÉMONTRER une connaissance approfondie de la bière, du vin et des spiritueux
- Connaissance en Mixologie
- Gestion des stocks (Optionnelle mais un avantage)

**LBS** is a Bartending School providing Certification in the U.S. online and in-person. This was organized to help teach people of all levels the principles of bartending. We are passionate about our desire to teach customized, private lessons to all ages and abilities throughout the US.

We are in search of Experienced and Driven Bartenders in **Montreal, QC **and **Nearby Cities,** who always strive to perfect cocktail recipes and create engaging customer experiences alongside a willingness to continually learn, improve and be a team player that can share their talents with the group and the company. These Alcohol Chefs will train and mentor students and aspiring bartenders. This would involve educating them on the right way of mixing and pouring drinks, proper bar decorum, building customer relations, and the basics of managing the bar.

Bartending Instructor qualifications:

- EXPERIENCED Bartender (3yrs minimum)
- WITH ACCESS and CAN TEACH at a LOCAL BAR
- LICENSED to serve alcohol
- Must be WILLING to teach at client's homes
- DEMONSTRATE a thorough knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits
- Mixology Knowledge
- Inventory management (Optional but an advantage)

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $30.00-$80.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
