**What you'll do**

As the Manager, Digital Media Planning and Integration, you will spearhead day-to-day client support, with a primary focus on strategic media planning and the development of innovative strategies for CTC. This role demands leadership in planning strategy and fostering a customer-centric culture within the internal planning team.
- Lead a team consisting of 7 members, with a focus on providing mentorship and support to facilitate their professional growth and development
- Providing strategic guidance for our partners, and ensuring all deliverables are executed on-time and at a high level of quality
- Work with business leads and planning teams to develop actionable insights and connection strategies to fuel plans
- Ability to think beyond “media” as an active collaborator in the Integrated Marketing Communications process
- Exemplify collaboration by building and maintaining productive relationships across all communications areas (internal teams and agency partners)
- Proactively analyze performance and collaborate across department to optimize plans, to achieve banner level KPI’s
- Collaborate with the ops teams and external partners to identify, produce, and implement cutting-edge digital marketing solutions, ensuring measurable business results
- Stay ahead of the latest trends in digital media, channels, advertising formats, and technologies, providing recommendations to optimize campaign performance
- Proactively explore new digital delivery opportunities, such as media buying platforms, third-party data providers, and verification tools
- Ownership of Salesforce Media Cloud internal planning instance

**What you bring**
- A college or university degree in Marketing, Economics, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
- You have 7+ years of experience in digital media planning and buying, with a minimum of 2 years leading a team
- Strong experience in retail is considered an asset
- Agile and a self-starter who excels in working on new initiatives
- Demonstrated expertise in media buying platforms, ad serving, and relationship management
- Proficiency with website analytics and planning tools tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, etc.).
- Proven ability to operate effectively within a complex matrixed organization
