Position Job Title: Administrative Assistant/Personal Assistant

Location: New Westminster, BC

Reports To: Executive Chairman

Job Status: Full time, on-site (flexible hours as per the business needs and the executive’s schedule, open to occasional evenings and weekends)

Language: Excellent English proficiency and Korean speaking (preferred)

**Salary**: $50,000 - $60,000 + comprehensive benefits + fantastic learning and growth opportunity

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

The Personal Assistant will at various times be responsible for the following as well as other related duties as assigned to support the business objectives and purpose of the Company:
**Escorting the Chairman**:

- Safely escorting the Chairman to and from various appointments each day, which may involve driving or brisk walks.

**Meal Catering**:

- Preparation and coordination of lunches and meals for the Chairman, including catering for guests on occasion.

**Event Attendance**:

- Attending high-profile events alongside the Chairman, ensuring smooth coordination.

**Executive Assistant Lunch Coverage**:

- Providing coverage for the Executive Assistant during lunch periods.

**Calendar Management**:

- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Ensure the executive's schedule is organized and optimized.

**Communication**:

- Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.

**Task Coordination**:

- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Assist in project management and coordination.

**Documentation and Filing**:

- Organize and maintain documents, files, and records.
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed.

**Travel Arrangements**:

- Plan and coordinate travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics.

**Administrative Support**:

- Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, expense tracking, and office organization.

**Confidentiality**:

- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

**Special projects** and other duties as assigned by the Chairman

Education and Experience:

- A diploma or a degree is preferred
- Related work experience in either Personal Assistance or the luxury Hospitality industry
- The equivalent combination of education and experience 
- Valid Driver's license
- Must be able to travel within Canada and internationally as needed

- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and physically perform relevant duties.

**Interpersonal Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

**Organizational and Planning Skills**:

- Excellent organizational and planning skills, managing competing priorities seamlessly under tight deadlines.

**Attention to Detai**ls:

- Strong attention to detail in all aspects of work.

**High-Quality Deliverables**:

- Demonstrate experience in producing high quality, error-free deliverables within tight deadlines.
