**Role Summary**
Registry Agent is responsible for processing client requests in various Registries across Canada and USA. All Search and Registration activities will be conducted within the framework of client service level agreements. The sending and receiving of all Provincial Registrations, along with Data Entry of Manual Registrations (where applicable), Weekly Billing and Invoice Generation. The completing and Uploading of EFT Files for payment.
**CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES /OUTCOMES**:
- Accurately process billing of client requests, adhere to client fee schedules and Government disbursements
- Perform daily tasks and duties adhering to processing standards while maintaining accuracy. Adhere to practices and company compliance.
- Answer calls promptly and respond to clients in a professional manner. Participate in continuous improvement with focus on service excellence.
- Provide assistance to co-workers and clients as required, escalating issues, identifying efficiencies.
**QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION**
Post-secondary education
**COMPETENCIES, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Strong attention to detail with an accurate typing of 40wpm
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, problem solve, research and follow instructions
- Demonstrated ability to exercise appropriate analytical and judgment skills required in dealing with moderately complex procedures.
- Ability to perform under pressure; operational changes, high volume and tight deadlines
- Knowledge of Provincial Real Property search
- Knowledge of Provincial Corporate and Bank Act Services
- Knowledge of relevant Provincial websites
- Customer Service experience an asset
- Experience working in a fast-paced, performance based environment as asset

L'agent de registre est chargé de traiter les demandes des clients dans divers registres au Canada et aux États-Unis. Compléter et télécharger les fichiers EFT pour le paiement.

- Traiter avec précision la facturation des demandes des clients, respecter les barèmes d'honoraires des clients et les décaissements du gouvernement.
- Effectuer des tâches et des missions quotidiennes en respectant les normes de traitement tout en maintenant l'exactitude. Respecter les pratiques et la conformité de l'entreprise.
- Répondre rapidement aux appels et répondre aux clients de manière professionnelle. Participer à l'amélioration continue en mettant l'accent sur l'excellence du service.
- Fournir une assistance aux collègues et aux clients selon les besoins, en faisant remonter les problèmes et en identifiant les gains d'efficacité.
**QUALIFICATIONS ET ÉDUCATION**
Enseignement post-secondaire
**COMPÉTENCES, APTITUDES ET EXPÉRIENCE**
- Grand souci du détail et capacité à taper avec précision à la machine (40wpm)
- Solides compétences en communication orale et écrite
- Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois, à résoudre des problèmes, à faire des recherches et à suivre des instructions.
- Aptitude avérée à faire preuve de capacités d'analyse et de jugement dans le cadre de procédures modérément complexes.
- Capacité à travailler sous pression ; changements opérationnels, volume élevé et délais serrés.
- Connaissance de la recherche provinciale en matière de biens immobiliers
- Connaissance des services provinciaux relatifs aux sociétés et à la loi sur les banques
- Connaissance des sites web provinciaux pertinents
- Expérience du service à la clientèle, un atout
- Expérience de travail dans un environnement rapide et axé sur le rendement, un atout.
