Accounting Manager

**Responsibilities Include but not limited to**:

- Managing a small team by providing leadership, direction, and mentorship
- Preparation of monthly statements, invoices, consolidated trial balance
- Overseeing the daily activities of the accounting department and ensuring that all major projects (IE. Payroll, Compensation, Month end and Year end reports) are completed accurately and on time
- Maintaining accurate and complete financial records and participating in audits or reconciliations as needed
- Oversight of billings including continuous process improvements
- Oversight of accurate and compliant processing of expenses
- Responsible for the month end close process
- Assist and work with other departments - collaboration with sales and marketing team

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years experience in Accounting, Management or a related field
- Professional Accounting Designation is an asset
- Wireless/Telecommunications background/knowledge is an asset
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with computers, especially bookkeeping software, MS Office, Pivot Tables, advanced Excel skills, etc.
- High level of efficiency and accuracy
- Attention to detail and the ability to analyze large amounts of data
- Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail, strong problem-solving ability
- Strong previous leadership experience

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
