Role Description

Today's Technology is looking for a full-time I.T Support Specialist. The role is located in Saskatoon, SK, with the flexibility for remote work. As an I.T Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining network and server standards, and coordinating with other departments.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years' experience in an I.T Support Specialist role
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Desktop and Server operating systems
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to triage and resolve technical issues
- Experience with Desktop Support, Network Administration, and Server Administration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience
- Experience with Active Directory, and Office 365 Administration
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle changing priorities
- Knowledgeable about IT security or can quickly learn about IT security
- Post-secondary education in computer science or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Driving long distance may be required.
