Hours: 37.5 weekly Days

Assisting with main office and other departments with clerical and office related duties. Providing secretarial support. Participates in resident focused actives and programming. Supports HR functions through filing, use of online systems and coordination with managers and supervisors. Organizing and maintaining filing systems.

**Qualifications**:

- Enrolled or planning to enrol in post secondary
- Experience with seniors as asset.
- Competency with Apple Computers and programs, including pages, numbers and keynote.
- Accountability and Dependability
- Adhere to safe work practices and procedures
- Willing to support the Care Centre’s mission, health care philosophy and objectives

Please Note: This position is a Summer Job Grant position and must be between the ages of 18 and 30.
