Overview:
**Duties**:

- Working alongside the Operations Manager, Crane & Rigging Supervisor, and Dispatcher to assist with planning daily jobs. This may include everything from booking accommodations to assisting with organizing equipment for a job.
- Organizing site visit information to assist with coordinating jobs, learning to scale jobs utilizing crane load charts and learning the equipment and how jobs work
- Completing and sending quotes alongside the Operations Manager (utilizing the dispatch system and excel)
- Completing equipment line drawings
- Organizing, maintaining, and coordinating documents, including the proper storage and retention of various documents
- Basic administrative duties such as collecting field staff paperwork and filing completed quotes and job information
- Assisting the HSE Supervisor with equipment checks and misc. duties

Qualifications:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Word, Excel and Outlook), AutoCAD knowledge a plus
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data management
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle confidential information with discretion

**Job Type**: Seasonal
Contract length: 4 months

**Salary**: $17.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
