PCR is a global company providing testing services for the personal care and cosmetic industries. The Site Administration position will involve multiple tasks as follows:

- Responsible for the recruitment of potential study participants for studies conducted at Winnipeg Site
- Communicate closely and regularly with Site Director/Manager to provide study recruitment updates and recruitment issues encountered.
- Able to effectively use the electronic database of participants (ARCs -training provided) and has the ability to amend or add participants or update their profiles as needed.
- Able to screen participants to help ensure recruited participants meet protocol inclusion/exclusion criteria.
- Daily maintenance of scheduling participants via electronic database.
- Ensure all participants are adequately informed of their study related requirement(s).
- Maintain confidentiality as it relates to participants personal information.
- Ensure all study related recruitment documentation is completed in a timely manner.
- Ability to understand protocols
- Basic understanding of scientific/medical terminology.
- Welcome participants and visitors, check them in, inform the correct staff and direct as needed
- Explain return visits and any information sheets given to the participants
- Work with other staff members to ensure that all areas meet company standards and accommodate any special client needs when they arrive
- Logging of samples received on-site
- Assist on studies as required (training provided)
- Operating instruments to collect data (training provided)
- Reviewing documents for accuracy
- Receptionist Responsibilities
- Ad-hoc tasks as directed by the Site Director/Manager
- Two (2) to three (3) years of experience preferred.
- Computer literacy
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
