**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Develop and maintain training materials and provide training for our organization. This may include the use of:

- Workflow documents & guidelines
- Structured on-demand training courses
- Hosting Live Webinars & Demos
- Videos
- Provide or coordinate training with respect to:

- systems and other tools utilized by InsureLine;
- standard business processes and customer service standards to new and existing staff;
- insurer portals, products and appetite
- Develop KPIs to gauge the effectiveness of the training program and determine where enhancements are needed.
- Recommend and Incorporate enhancements to the training program to close gaps and improve results
- Receive and respond to requests for training or similar queries
- Engage with Quality Assurance team and franchise owners and managers to develop a training plan to address the unique needs for each franchise;
- Facilitate training for new franchises during the onboarding process using a combination of Applied University, training materials on our Intranet and host live training sessions with groups of users;
- Quarterly review and refresh of course materials in centralized repository;
- Maintain records of training activities, participant progress and program effectiveness for each franchise in our CRM
- Participate in user testing for new systems and processes. Provide feedback to key stakeholders
- Some travel required to franchise locations

**Education and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Insurance industry is preferred with Personal Lines. Commercial Lines experience is an asset.
- Knowledge of insurance practices within Alberta and/or Ontario is a strong asset
- Operational understanding of brokerage management, or prior brokerage management experience is an asset
- Knowledge of Applied ecosystem including Epic, CSR24, Applied Rating Services
- Previous experience training or being a broker management systems “champion” or go to person within your organization
- Bookkeeping or experience working in an accounting department would be an asset
