Position Overview:
Are you a career-driven individual looking to join a strong Human Resources team at a collaborative and growing organization? Lambert Nemec Group has partnered with our client to recruit for a Human Resources Business Partner who will play a key role within the organization.

The HRBP is critical to the success of the organization by supporting the Canada-wide HR team in ensuring that the Human Resources department operates effectively and efficiently. This role will work closely with the HR team and Senior Leadership to ensure that the department's initiatives, policies, procedures, and daily operations align with the organization's short and long-term strategic goals.

**Responsibilities**:
Partner with Senior Leadership Team to provide recommendations and initiatives, contributing the strategic goals and growth.
Provide general HR support to employees and managers, respond to HR-related inquiries, maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, and prepare HR-related reports and documentation, as needed.
Provide guidance and support to business leaders on employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition and workforce planning, compensation analysis, and organizational effectiveness.
Stay well-informed on industry trends, HR standards, and legislative requirements.

**Requirements**:
Post-Secondary education with a focus in Human Resources.
CPHR Designation or working towards a designation is an asset.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.
Minimum of 7 years' Human Resources experience.
Accountability, ability to multi-task, and strong organization skills.
Employee relations experience and the ability to build strong relationships with various levels and groups within the organization.

Rewards:
A competitive compensation package including a base salary in the $90,000 - $100,000 range plus annual bonus, good vacation, comprehensive health plan, and flexible work-life balance.
