As an Employee Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for:

- Developing and implementing programs and tools to enrich the employee journey, from recruitment to daily work experiences.
- Implementing and analyzing employee engagement surveys, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that foster a healthy and productive organizational culture.
- Providing expertise on best practices for internal communications and employee engagement.
- Designing and delivering action plans based on survey insights to enhance the overall employee experience.
- Ensuring compliance with HR principles and employment laws and regulations.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, communications, or a related field. Additional certifications or relevant training in employee experience is a plus.
- 4+ years of related experience in HR program development/design with a proven track record of their contributions attributing to the improvement of the employee experience within an organization(s).
- Certifications in HR, internal communications, or related fields are an asset.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and connect with employees at all levels; excellent writing and editing skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to design engaging communications, programs, and initiatives that resonate with employees. Team player, flexible, adaptable, and willing to contribute wherever required.
