43 North Restaurant Group is an exciting organization that specializes in Hospitality. We manage a diverse portfolio of brands including wineries, restaurants, ballrooms and event centers, and pizza franchises. We are looking for two Marketing Associates to join our team and assist in leading our marketing efforts across multiple platforms and brands.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement content creation strategies aligned with current promotions, ensuring consistent and engaging messaging.
- Write compelling copy for captions, internal communications, and external communications.
- Ability to routinely meet KPIs on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Create daily engaging stories for all brands on platforms such as Instagram and Facebook.
- Maintain advanced knowledge of META (Facebook/Instagram) and best practices for each platform.
- Design and execute innovative marketing initiatives that align with company goals.
- Oversee in-store marketing for all brands, ensuring consistency and high-quality execution.
- Manage multiple brands while creating unique brand voicing for each.
- Use platforms such as Content Studio, Canva, OlO Engage/Sediment, and Adobe Creative Suite to create engaging marketing content.
- Implement effective marketing campaigns using Google, with a focus on SEO and SEM.
- Assist in updating company websites, ensuring they are user-friendly and optimized for the best guest experience.
- Attend weekly team meetings to align on marketing strategies and goals.
- Work with third-party vendors as needed to support marketing initiatives.
- Collect and analyze data to improve marketing efforts, and present findings to senior management.
- Conduct research and development to stay ahead of industry trends and best practices.
- Ability to gather, work with, and coordinate deployment of Influencers
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- College diploma or University degree in marketing
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on content creation, social media management, and e-marketing.
- Experience with SMS marketing and advanced knowledge of META platforms.
- Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Basic photography and videography skills.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Experience in the wine industry and restaurant/hospitality industry is a bonus.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect and interpret data to improve marketing efforts.
- Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, and travel as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
