**Warehouse Support Associate**

K-Hart Industries Ltd. designs, manufactures, and globally distributes seeding and harvesting equipment for the conservation minded agricultural producer. We are looking for a Warehouse Support Associate to help drive the growth of our vibrant company.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Support shipping and receiving activities, including verifying incoming and outgoing shipments, inspecting goods for damages, and maintaining accurate records.
- Pick parts and materials for welding and assembling processes, ensuring timely availability of components.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move parts, materials, and finished products within the warehouse.
- Assist with inventory management, conducting regular stock checks, and updating inventory records using appropriate systems or tools.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure proper organization and storage of inventory, maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse environment.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to update various systems and records.
- Assist in quality control activities by inspecting goods for quality and accuracy, reporting any issues or discrepancies.
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and shipping carriers to coordinate activities and resolve any issues that arise.
- Adhere to safety guidelines, procedures, and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in operating a forklift.
- Proficient in operating forklifts and other material handling equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects using proper lifting techniques.
- Basic computer skills, including data entry and inventory management.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

**Job Type**:

- Full time, permanent
- 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday

**Salary Range**:

- $18.00-21.00 per hour
