**Our expectations are**:

- Manage daily operations of the business
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Recruit, train and supervise staff

Maintaining franchisor standard and food quality and standards
- Inventory Control and Food Cost and Labour cost
- Provide excellent customer service representative of the DQ brand
- Set staff work schedules and monitor work performance
- Other duties which involve the day to day operation of a fast and food food restaurant
- **Qualities we are looking for**:

- You like a fast-paced environment

You enjoy leading a team
- You have excellent interpersonal skills
- You like to take ownership and make the guest happy
- You are determined to make every day a great one for you and everyone you interact with
- You have some restaurant experience - one year or more
- College or University Education preferred
- Food handling certificate

**Salary**: $17-$22 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hamilton, ON L8W 3K8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Expected start date: Anytime
