This position is responsible for developing and maintaining operational documentation, guidance, and communication to cabin crew. The incumbent is responsible for building and maintaining working relationships with Operational and Corporate Stakeholders and maintaining documents, standards, and compliance as per Transport Canada and Air Canada collective agreements.

**Responsabilities**:

- Develop, maintain, and update reference material and communication for cabin crew to ensure operational compliance and safety.
- Develop and manage ePub Landing Information pages for various destinations, including travel advisories, arrival and departure formalities, hotel, and transportation information, etc.
- Engage in type trial and follow up with various stakeholders to ensure the documentation of any changes that affect crew onboard.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to communicate and document changes that affect crew onboard, such as performance and expectations, positive boarding, carry-on baggage, zonal boarding, deportee procedures, etc.
- Participate in operational calls and meetings to discuss and review ongoing and upcoming initiatives and challenges.
- Develop and communicate procedures, guidance and updates related to special security, operational and regulatory issues, such as APPR/ATPDR, OTP, delay and tarmac delay reporting, etc.
- Onboard crew bunk kit provisioning updates and changes as noted in ePub.
- Participate in the development of corporate initiatives for the branch to support cabin crew.

**Qualifications**
- Expert communication and writing skills.
- Post-secondary education in writing, communications, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years experience in communications or equivalent.
- Strong working knowledge of IFS publications (FAM, OAM, ePub, 355).
- Strong working knowledge of CUPE collective agreement, IOSA, SMS, AOSH.
- Knowledge of project management methodology, practices, and procedures.
- Strong focus on continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical, comparative, and innovative skills.
- Exceptionally organized and detail oriented.
- Strong problem-solving skills coupled with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Highly adaptable and flexible to support a 24/7 operation.
- Desire to attend training opportunities and coaching sessions to enhance skills related to position.
