**About the Role**
At IMP Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Flight Concierge to join our team. As a key member of our aviation services team, you will be responsible for managing our clients' flight operation interactions with our company.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement customized flight experiences for our clients, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free experience.
- Collaborate with our clients to build and maintain strong relationships, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Work closely with our crew, maintenance, and contracts managers to ensure efficient and effective aircraft operations.
- Supervise the trip from creation to completion, identifying and mitigating any issues that may affect the client.
- Ensure all requests comply with company policies and procedures.
**Requirements**
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in client service, marketing, and branding, preferably in the aviation industry.
- Strong client-facing communication skills and ability to build strong relationships.
- Excellent problem-solving and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluently bilingual in English and French.
- Availability to work outside of normal business hours to satisfy client requests.
