Bindery is seeking driven individual to join our team as a Folder Operator.

**Hours**: Day Shift, Monday to Friday

**Experience**: 5 years setting up and running folders

**Top Wage**

**Essential job Functions**:

- Running MBO and Stahl folders
- Read work orders to determine setup specifications and instructions
- Start machine and make trial runs to verify accuracy and machine setups
- Observes and monitors machine operations to detect malfunctions and to determine if adjustments are needed
- Quality control of completed jobs, providing updates on job status and schedule to supervisor
- Ensure the completion of jobs meeting quality & quantity requirements
- Troubleshoot machine problems
- Maintain proper machine maintenance
- Perform other job duties as assigned

**Required Skills**:

- Able to communicate effectively with other employees
- Mechanically inclined and production oriented
- Excellent attention to detail
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Must speak fluent English
- Must read and write English
- Must be reliable and dependable
- Must be willing to work overtime as needed: significant overtime may be required during busy periods
- Must be able to perform all essential functions of this job with or without accommodation

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour
