**Overview**:*Canada’s premium Smoothie & Juice chain, operating 450 stores across Canada has an immediate opening for a Vice President of Operations**:*
- Reporting directly to the President & CEO

- Overseeing a number of departments including Operations, IT, Purchasing and Training
- Working collaboratively with all other departments and Directors
**Scope**:The Vice President of Operations is responsible for nurturing and enhancing the relationship between the Franchisor and our Franchise Partners by helping to lead with system wide processes, timely and effective communication at all levels of the organization, ensuring training systems meet the needs of the organization and ensuring high levels of business support to all stakeholders are provided.
The Vice President of Operations provides leadership to the Regional Directors of Operations and to the Franchise Business Consultants and is responsible for measuring and achieving all KPI’s, enabling Franchise Partners to meet their goals and achieving optimal profitability**.**
**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**:

- Must have a University Degree and at least 5 years leadership experience at the executive level with a progressive food service company or retailer
- Develops a relationship with all franchise partners in order to identify any issues or challenges and help to solve them
- Must be margin-centric but balanced with a motivational, results driven management style
- Must be knowledgeable with digital marketing, point of sale systems & apps/third party sales
- Ensures all Departments within their scope of responsibility are well staffed, motivated and focused on achieving goals and targets
- Ensures Director’s of Operations have the ability to staff their Franchise Business Consultant teams to better support Franchise Partners
- Ensures all manuals are updated on an ongoing basis
- Coordinates all training support & activities, both internally & externally
- Helps to ensure Operations Projects are managed effectively including new product development, P&L systems and general and administrative costs are managed effectively from inception to execution
- Coordinates business planning meetings - regionally & nationally
- Must be a good listener and have a strong desire to drive results within a team framework
