**Job Summary**:
T-Brothers Food & Trading Ltd. is seeking a _**Quality Assurance Manager**_ to join our Food Production team. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality control of our food production processes and ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure compliance with Food Safety, CFIA, and HACCP regulations to maintain high standards of food safety and quality.
- Develop and implement new plans and programs, including food safety plans, sanitation plans, and other documentation as needed to improve our quality assurance systems.
- Train and educate employees on food safety and quality standards, creating training materials and plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with the Site Manager or Department Leader to ensure food safety and quality goals are met.
- Maintain accurate documentation and perform administrative duties associated with the role.
- Conduct regular audits of the production processes to identify and address any potential areas of risk or non-compliance.
- Manage relationships with regulatory agencies and third-party auditors to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements, Skills & Qualifications**:

- Legally eligible to work in Canada and currently residing in Metro Vancouver Area.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Quality Assurance Manager role in a food production environment.
- Completed post-secondary education in Food Sciences or related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and expectations for food production operations.
- Possession of a Class 5 driver’s license.
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Fluency in Korean is an asset.

**Work Setting**:

- Monday to Friday 8 am-5 pm
- Interact with all levels of personnel and external inspectors
- Location: #120-1658 Industrial Ave, Port Coquitlam, BC

**Compensation**:

- Group insurance after 6 months of employment
- Lunch will be provided
