About the role

Join our team as the pioneering outbound Sales Development Representative and become instrumental in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth in the brand experiences field. Reporting directly to the CEO and CFO, you will collaborate closely with leadership to implement and refine our sales strategy. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to elevate your sales career, advance within a fast-growing business, and contribute to building a high-performing sales team. We seek a self-driven, innovative, and collaborative individual who excels in a dynamic environment. This full-time position is based in our Burlington office, with work from home as an option.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct up to 50 calls per day to generate qualified opportunities.
- Conduct and manage our monthly sales forecast.
- Prospect and research potential clients to identify high-value leads.
- Attend 4 - 6 trade shows per year throughout the US and Canada. All expenses paid.
- Engage with prospects at the trade show and communicate our unique selling proposition.
- Offers insights to improve the sales strategy and internal processes.
- Accurately document all interactions and progress with leads in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s University Degree or College Diploma
- 5 years relative industry experience in Exhibit and Event Sales.
- Proficient with Excel, PPT or MAC equivalent programs.
- French is an asset
- Ability to engage with prospects professionally and effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license and passport.

Compensation
- On-Target Earnings to be discussed.
- Commission on all sales (rate and structure to be negotiated)

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year Base Salary plus commission
