Temporary Receptionist/administrator

We are currently recruiting for the position of Front Desk/Reception for a temporary full-time opportunity in our Local Union Office.
Job Duties Include:
Processing mail
Processing payments
Answering phones
Filling documents
Drafting documents
Other office admin duties might be required
Qualifications:
Completion of a college program in office administration is an asset
Experience or knowledge of payment processing systems, office procedures and front desk/reception
Experience with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, and Outlook) are required
High attention to detail, multitasking, organizational and time management skills required
temporary, with a possibility of extension
**Salary**: $30.25 per hour for 32.5 hrs. per week
Schedule:
7-hour shifts
Day shift
Monday to Thursday and 4.5 hrs on Friday
**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months
