**Reporting to**:Senior Manager, Service Excellence, Innovation & PMO

**What you will do**:

- Maintain select project budgets and overall portfolio financial tracking, including tracking of invoices and other project-related expenses. Coordinating with Project Managers, Business Leads and finance teams to collect information as needed
- Prepare financial analyses, summaries, and reports across the portfolio of projects for the team, including metrics required to be reported for the Portfolio Governance Committee
- Audit project financials for accuracy, providing feedback to Project Managers
- Support Portfolio Governance Committee activities and meetings, including the preparation of supporting documentation, meeting minutes, committee decisions and activity tracking
- Assist in the development of business cases, communications strategy, resourcing plans, portfolio roadmaps and risk inventories for the overall portfolio
- Actively take part in Strategic Planning (5-Year and Annual Planning) processes, keeping business leads on track for defined deadlines
- Take part in the coordination of a Continuous Improvement portfolio of initiatives to help keep initiatives on track and proactively identify risks and escalate issues
- Assist in the planning and coordination of the Finance PMO processes rollout, including coordination of PMO tool development, testing, and data migration
- Look after tracking and coordination of portfolio-level project budget changes, templates and processes
- Work with PMO leadership to prepare for regular PMO team meetings and coordinate of in-office meetings

**What you will bring**:

- Post-secondary education required
- Experience in the Finance or Technology industry, and 3+ years of experience in project coordination
- Excellent computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Planner and MS Project
- Experience with financial management software (SAP in Oracle)
- Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification an asset (or equivalent training)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Keen attention to detail and an aptitude for problem-solving
- Able to proactively address potential issues
- Collaborative working style and team-player attitude
- Positive and encouraging personality
- Able to work independently
- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic
- Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to the team’s success
