**Responsibilities**:

- Present ideas and final deliverables to executive teams, communicate and strategize about marketing programs and budgets with senior leadership;
- Act as point of communication for marketing and advertising ideas, from team members and relay concerns or roadblocks from marketing coordinators;
- Working with the creative team, guide creative direction to meet objectives for marketing goals;
- Provide or coordinate the creation of graphic and video content;
- Manage our web and social media presence;
- Create and hold team members accountable to meeting a content calendar and content creation schedule;
- Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase conversions, and generate more qualified leads;
- Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly;
- Write and edit copy as necessary; and,
- Other marketing and market data analysis duties as they are identified.

This position requires the following certifications or combinations:

- Degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing or related field; OR
- 2+ years of relevant work experience.
- Certifications in HubSpot marketing tools or data-driven marketing are highly desirable

Required skills and abilities:

- Able to convey complex technical information in an accessible, interesting way
- Must be comfortable working remotely
- Experience with basic graphic design a plus
- Must be organized and work well in a team setting. Be open to feedback from others and give honest non-judgmental feedback to others
- Professional, precise communication skills

Total Compensation:

- **Base Salary**: dependent on your experience, ranges from $75,000 - $100,000
- **Formal Training**: $2,000 per year
- **Health Insurance**:Extended health insurance, including alternative healthcare and dental, and anonymous mental health support for you and your family
- **Formal Training**: $2,000 per year
