The International Account Coordinator is responsible for maintaining a portfolio of affiliates and international partners with Chain of Custody and Forest Management certification clients from a diversity of paper, packaging, and wood products sectors. Account Coordinators are proficient in understanding and communicating technical requirements for audits and engaging with affiliates and global partners to ensure they’re meeting service needs, timelines, financial goals, and accreditation requirements. Account Coordinators are responsible for meeting revenue and profitability goals.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Engage with clients, affiliates, and partners by responding promptly to their questions and requests and providing support in understanding requirements and continuing their certification services.
- Create and manage a portfolio of audit projects.
- Provide audit support for clients related to scoping, pricing, and scheduling audits.
- Oversee auditor workflow by assisting in process development, sending and streamlining audit status updates, and facilitating communications.
- Ensure consistent flow of audit projects portfolio to contribute to financial goals and meet required certification timelines.
- Coordinate with managers, technical team members, and account management team members to delivers solutions that meet global clients’ and program needs.
- Acquire expert knowledge of each certification programs requirements and objectives.
- Support the maintenance and implementation of program quality system by maintaining documents, records, and progress tracking to maintain compliance with SCS quality management systems and/or the rules of the relevant certification scheme.

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or four year’s professional experience
- Complete fluency in English and work experience that involves professional, technical written communication.
- Strong customer service and teamwork orientation
- Strong organization and prioritization skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Initiative, good judgment, ability to work independently, responsive, and adaptive personality.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Bilingual in French
- Previous coordination experience with 3rd party certification
- Previous account or administrative coordination experience.

**Working Remotely**

SCS is recruiting all open roles to be remote; allowing our employees the ability to work flexibly and allowing SCS as a company to diversify the experience and perspectives of our growing workforce. This is a home-office based role and may include travel with local, domestic, and/or international trips. Details will be clarified during the recruitment process.

**Estimated Hourly Range**

$17.00- $22.00 Non-Exempt
