**Portée**:
Le **spécialiste de projet de la chaîne d’approvisionnement de l’impression sera responsable de la gestion de l’approvisionnement global d’un projet, y compris la sélection efficace, opportune et appropriée des fournisseurs, l’estimation du projet, l’approvisionnement et la coordination de la** production pour atteindre des objectifs spécifiques. Ils effectueront des activités quotidiennes associées à l’achat d’articles imprimés et d’autres articles de soutien, en faisant correspondre les capacités des fournisseurs aux demandes de service et aux coûts pour soutenir la sélection et l’attribution des emplois.

**Aperçu**:
Ce poste est responsable de l’analyse des spécifications du travail et de la détermination de la meilleure façon de produire le produit, de la qualification des spécifications, de la gestion des décisions d’approvisionnement et de la gestion globale du projet de la chaîne d’approvisionnement, de la production, de la finition, de la mise en kit / insertion à la livraison au client. Ils fourniront un service d’estimation rapide et précis qui répond aux exigences SLA et ravit le client en assurant la qualité et la livraison à temps.

**Responsabilités**:

- Gérer des projets plus petits et simples de manière autonome; Gérer des projets complexes avec soutien.
- Travailler avec les fournisseurs et les parties prenantes internes pour prendre des décisions d’achat judicieuses et générer une valeur client accrue, une satisfaction client élevée et une marge accrue.
- Passez en revue les spécifications du poste pour bien comprendre le projet.
- Fournir un service d’estimation rapide et précis qui répond aux exigences du SLA et ravit le client.
- Travailler avec l’équipe Client/Compte pour déterminer les besoins et gérer efficacement les fournisseurs.
- Examinez les fournisseurs pour vous assurer que nous avons les bons fournisseurs sur la liste pour le(s) travail(s).
- Travailler avec l’équipe Client/Compte pour décider et attribuer
- Gérer les marges sur l’approvisionnement pour nous assurer que nous respectons et dépassons les attentes de l’entreprise et des clients en matière d’économies de coûts et de rentabilité.
- Soutenir la réalisation d’améliorations de la productivité en gérant les décisions d’achat qui stimulent l’innovation et la consolidation de l’achat.
- Examiner et analyser toutes les preuves avec l’équipe Client/Compte et fournir des commentaires et/ou une approbation au fournisseur.
- Travailler avec le gestionnaire pour fournir un soutien technique.
- Restez à jour avec les méthodes de production utilisées par les fournisseurs externes ainsi que leurs capacités et leurs limites.

**Qualifications**:

- Diplôme universitaire ou diplôme d’études postsecondaires ou technique applicable (c.à-d. gestion de la chaîne d’approvisionnement, logistique ou communications graphiques)
- Minimum 1-2 ans d’expérience dans l’industrie de l’impression dans le domaine des achats / approvisionnement
- Bilingue en français/anglais requis
- Développer la connaissance des logiciels de flux de travail et d’estimation
- Développer les compétences en achat; Formation sur l’accréditation de l’industrie
- Compétences en matière d’établissement de relations
- Compétences en résolution de problèmes
- Développer des compétences informatiques, possède une capacité à utiliser les technologies existantes et nouvelles
- Capacité à prioriser et à assurer l’exécution logistique des tâches
- Grande attention aux détails
- Solides compétences en communication
- Capable de fonctionner efficacement dans un environnement d’équipe virtuel
- Capable de voyager jusqu’à 25% du temps Certifications

**Print Supply Chain Project Specialist**

**Scope**:
The **Print Supply Chain Project Specialist** will be responsible for managing the overall procurement of a project including effective, timely, and appropriate supplier selection, project estimating, procurement, and production coordination to achieve specific objectives. They will perform daily activities associated with the procurement of print and other supporting items, matching supplier capabilities to service requests and costs to support the selection and awarding of jobs.

**Overview**:
This position is responsible for analyzing job specifications and determining the best way to produce the product, qualifying the specifications, managing the procurement decisions, and the overall project management of the supply chain from production, finishing, and kitting/insertion to delivery to the customer. They will provide timely and accurate estimating service that meets SLA requirements and delights the customer ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
