Position Overview:
As an Administrative Support I at OEM, you will be primarily responsible for providing administrative support relating to OEM invoices processing/work order closing, as well as Finning invoices. Additionally, once caught up on invoicing backlogs, there are many opportunities to support and learn other administrative functions within the Customer Service team.

- General data entry
- Other administrative duties for Customer Service team
- Qualifications:
- High school diploma- Strong attention to detail
- Effective organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrated verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal, customer service skills with the ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with vendors, customers, and co-workers
- Professional demeanor and presentation
- Strong computer skills including MS Office, specifically Microsoft Excel is an asset
- Positive, self-driven attitude
