**Position: Finance Coordinator**

Are you a financial maestro with a flair for coordination and a penchant for precision? Parléview is seeking a Finance Coordinator to join our team and become the financial epicenter of our world. You'll juggle multiple responsibilities, from tracking program costs and budgets to handling vendor payments, client invoicing, and seamless communication with clients. You're the wizard who ensures that all the financial gears are oiled and turning smoothly.

As a Finance Coordinator at Parléview, you will operate with unmatched precision and professionalism. You'll be the linchpin, guaranteeing that deadlines and goals are met, and that our financial operations are transparent and accurate. You will touch everything from financial statements, accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll.

**Position Role & Responsibility**

**Financials - Primary**
- Maintain a vigilant eye on program finances, budgets, and upcoming needs.
- Daily Quickbooks reconciliation and entries with multiple payment accounts across several client programs simultaneously.
- Craft client invoices and supporting documentation in Quickbooks, delivering them to clients after management approval.
- Manage employee payments and related documents, including payroll, T4 forms, bonuses, and ROE.
- Proactively suggest internal system improvements for more efficient document keeping and reporting.

**Program Tracking - Secondary**
- Keep a tight grip on event budgets and deliver regular financial reports.
- Provide support to the Finance team with vendor payments and the organization of payables and client documentation.
- Take ownership of financial position and track payments, including carry-forwards and outstanding program amounts.
- Assist Event leads with budget forecasting and management.
- Support employees with procurement processes, such as payments and budget tracking.
- Handle month-end reconciliations.
- Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information, trends, profitability, and rates.

**Administration**
- Procure office supplies and equipment.
- Monitor and manage inventory and prepare shipments of client goods from the warehouse.

**Well Rounded**
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure high-quality delivery.
- Offer team support for various requirements as needed.
- Assist in procurement and event support tasks as required.
- Be a positive role model and team player, aligning with Parléview's standards, attitude, and values.

**Work Environment**
- This is a hybrid role: Work primarily from the comfort of your home with the opportunity to work in the office 1-2 times a month.
- Typical work hours: Full time, Monday - Friday, regular business hours EST, with flexibility to accommodate client and program demands.

**Qualifications**
- Legally entitled to work in Canada.
- **Proficiency in QuickBooks and payroll is a must.**
- Expertise in Excel and Office 365 enterprise tools.
- Familiarity with Google and Microsoft platforms.
- Exceptional multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- A self-starter who can work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptable and capable of meeting deadlines, adjusting to changing priorities, and collaborating effectively within a team.
