**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Define and lead paid digital marketing strategies across display, video, paid social, programmatic and emerging formats with our digital media agency that maximize Scenic Groups’ paid digital marketing effectiveness.
- Manage outside paid media agency and provide clear direction setting, co-creating of strategies, and ensuring excellence in execution is maintained. Priority will be ensuring alignment between our business objectives and the agency's strategies, fostering collaboration, and maximizing the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives.
- Monitor, report, and summarize the performance of digital marketing efforts using various analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present overall digital strategy and results to key stakeholders, clearly defining factors contributing to outcomes.
- Initiate and lead best practices for the digital marketing team, ensuring that technology, processes, and people are in place for all digital marketing activities.
- Lead and develop digital marketing coordinators responsible for maintaining and updating website content.
- Continue to build out and refine audience profiles, segmentation, and journey mapping - providing recommendations for digital engagement / optimization to target our most valuable users and drive the highest-revenue product sales in cruise products.
- Plan, allocate and track digital marketing budgets and spend.
- Oversee and manage regular and timely reporting and tracking.
- Ensure insights and implications are provided including improvements, measure and report key metrics appropriately to provide meaningful insights to stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization of digital efforts.
- Provide digital marketing leadership for the Marketing team as well as for the company.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Educated to degree level, preferably in a marketing/digital-related discipline; professional development in the areas of digital strategy and/or digital marketing, user experience, content strategy or online metrics preferred.
- 3+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy development and implementation.
- Experience working with digital media agencies either with direct digital client experience or client side, managing relationships, and overseeing campaign execution.
- Proven track record of turning data into insights to drive actions and outcomes.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Google platforms, META) with a demonstrated ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
- Exemplary presentation and story-telling abilities; able to craft clear, concise and compelling results-oriented analysis and recommendations tailored to the audience.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in leading and developing a team.
- The ability to work under pressure, across multiple brands / campaigns at once.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$68,000.00 per year
