**Job Essentials**
- Screen technical information related to ingredients, product formulas, methods of preparation, nutrition analyses, allergens, etc. for accuracy and completeness.
- Provide regulatory guidance for promoting ingredients and nutritional attributes of new and existing products.
- Advise the product development team on regulatory interpretation with questions on ingredients and nutrition claims that are covered by the current guidelines.
- Assist the marketing team with data entry and product listings.
- Maintain a digital library.
- Work along side with the test kitchen to update and maintain records.
- Assists with daily request from management.
- A team player with well-developed people interaction skill set.
