AtkinsRéalis is seeking a **Communications Intern/Summer Student** to support our Canadian Nuclear team.

Location - **Mississauga, ON**

**Your role within the team**:

- Prepare drafts of various communications. For example:

- Intranet articles.
- Viva Engage posts.
- Presentations.
- Assist in the preparation of weekly e-board content.
- Support the development of visuals for the local intranet.
- Post approved content to the local intranet.
- Organize logistics for employee meetings.
- Assist in the management of branded merchandise.
- Monitor the general Communications inbox.

**Education & Experience**
- Undergraduate or post-grad student of PR, Communications, Journalism, or Marketing.
- Ideally completion of one previous co-op/intern session.

**_ Skills_**
- Strong writing skills.
- Curiosity: willingness to learn.
- Excellent interpersonal/communications skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team and have a willingness to learn.
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, and ideally, experience with SharePoint or other intranet platform.
- Ability to juggle multiple assignments and prioritize, with guidance.
- Flexibility, and ability to adapt to company style and work with stakeholders across the country and the world.
