**Location**:Mississauga, ON

Boston Pizza is currently in search of a Manager, Internal Communications, to join our Marketing team in Mississauga, Ontario. The Manager, Internal Communications will be responsible for helping modernize the way information is shared with internal employees and our restaurant community, and help manage the development and deployment of communications to these key audiences.

**What you do**:
Work closely with the Director of Communications and internal team members to effectively communicate organizational initiatives and projects to corporate employees and our restaurant community.
- Strategy_
- A primary focus of the role will be to help modernize the way information is shared with internal employees, leveraging Social Media and other newer communications technologies
- Content Development & Management_
- Adapts external news and marketing initiatives to create relevant and interesting news for internal audiences
- Oversees the posting schedule, templates and site governance for BP’s Intranet
- Develops templates and best practices & processes for all forms of communicating messaging among corporate employees and with restaurants
- Collects and consolidates feedback from internal colleagues and restaurants
- Tracks all communications shared within BPI and the BP restaurant community

**Who you are**:

- Demonstrates a strong understanding of and experience in Digital Communications (preferably in a Public Relations or Internal Communications capacity)
- Proficient knowledge of Customer Service best practices and execution
- Strong time management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Post-secondary education in Communications or related field is ideal
