Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in network administration, VoIP systems deployment, and Microsoft 365 support. The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Design, implement, and manage UCaaS and MS365 solution architecture

• Coordinate installations and migrations with vendors

• Troubleshoot LAN and WAN networks and hardware-related issues

• Implement VoIP SIP trunking, deploy and troubleshoot VoIP systems, and provide MS365 support

• Escalate issues to vendors and collaborate with internal groups to resolve complex problems

• Support user community by executing service requests for moves, adds, changes, and deletions

• Document as-built configurations for implemented systems

• Manage and maintain network monitoring and alerting tools

• Configure and document network security, including firewalls, intrusion prevention, incident response, and escalation

• Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations

• Implement network traffic and security monitoring software and optimize server performance

• Configure servers in a virtual environment

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in network/VoIP administration or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support, with specific expertise in VoIP and Microsoft 365 administration
  • Strong networking skills, including experience with LAN, WAN, VPN, and firewall setups
  • Fluent English for customer communications
  • Prior routing and switching experience
  • Network security fundamentals
  • Proven experience with SIP/VoIP
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Microsoft 365 Certified, Linux+, CCNA) are a plus

Salary: $45,000-$75,000 per year
