Woody's RV World Edmonton is hiring for a Full-Time experienced RV Lot Coordinator

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Primary direction from sales manager and service manager
- Dress for condition of weather they are working in
- Maintain all aspects of yard to be in presentable condition at all times
- Maintain tractor and equipment as per managements instructions
- Move units for sales, service and recon in and out of the yard
- Keep yard area clean and safe (free of garbage and obstructions)
- Visual inspection of units on the lot for deficiencies (flats, damage, leaks, open doors)
- Remove batteries from trades (trailers/5W’s)
- Responsible for a safe and clean work environment
- Snow management and removal
- Making sure holding tanks are emptied on trade in units
- Physically Fit
- Able to lift at least 50 lbs.

**Education**
- Mechanical background or experience is essential
- Q operator’s license
- Valid driver’s license
- Towing Experience
- Experience operating equipment (Tractor/ Loader)
- Must be familiar with operating Heavy Machinery
