**What is the Role?**

The _**Parts Service Coordinator **_role is based out of our Edmonton Shop and reports directly to the Parts Manager. In this role, you will work as a liaison between the parts Department and the service Department. Coordinating and providing administrative support to the service team and Inventory Manager by managing data entry, completing important departmental documents and communicating relevant information. Parts Coordinators must have a strong grasp on repair service concepts.

**Responsibilities of this position include**:

- Administrative data entry and maintaining department documents within the company software systems
- Providing assistance to the Inventory Manager with daily administrative task
- Daily maintenance of inventory of company vehicles, ensuring they are fully stocked per required min/max’s, adjusting min/max’s when required
- Order and re-stock shop supplies
- Managing and ordering office supplies (i.e. - coffee, stationary, office supplies, etc )
- Ordering and coordinating external purchasing deliveries
- Coordinating the parts deliveries to mobile technicians
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure services are handled efficiently
- Ensuring adherence to ColdFront’s policies and procedures
- Provide support and backup for other positions within the division as required
- Other duties as assigned.

**Education, Knowledge and Experience**
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 or more years of related experience in Customer Service environment
- Experience in a Service/Parts Counter or in administration related to transport/automotive industry
- Previous industry related experience in a repair shop environment is an asset

**Skills and Abilities**
- Must be a self-starter who is well organized and can work without a lot of direct supervision; able to ask for direction or additional help when needed.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English
- Excellent customer service skills. Adaptable to different types of customers
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Attentive to details
- Excellent time management skills
- Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines
